How Quickly Do You Ship?
We will process paid orders within 1-2 business days. Orders paid before 5:00 PM (GMT) Monday through Friday will usually ship the same day, orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) will ship the next business day, and all orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day.
What if the Item is Damaged or Defective?
On rare occasions, items may be damaged or defective in transit. Please contact us before returning anything, as we will take the necessary steps to minimize any trouble you may have. Many of our “defects” are the result of poor instructions or inexperience – just give us a call or send us an email and we will resolve your problem one way or another.
When Will My Order Arrive? How Do I Track My Order?
When your order ships, we send an email with your tracking number. You can use it to track your package after it has shipped and to find out when it will arrive.
How Will My Refund Be Paid?
Once we receive your returns, we will check and process them. Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment. Refunds are usually processed within 1-2 business days and please allow 1-3 business days for the money to reach your account after the refund has been issued.

Do Your Staplers Come with Any Staples and Staple Removers?
Yes, the package includes 1000 staples and a staple remover.
Do Your Staplers Come with Regular Staples?
Yes, it is a standard office stapler that fits 24/6 or 26/6 staples and does not match heavy-duty staples. You can buy them from any stationery store.
